JANUS - A flexible solution developed to monitor buildings and based on a web access to the data base containing the information collected by a wireless network of sensors is presented. The central unit of the network is a router-like machine that serves as a hub for the information that is received from the various transmission nodes.  Any sensor or measurement system, provided that they have digital or analog outputs, can be linked to the network transmission nodes.
